Tinkler Claire nee Clayton 1931-2020
After a brief stay in the CHSLD Piedmont, pallative care in St-Jean-de-Matha, Quebec on Friday, November 13,2020 Claire in her ninetieth year passed away peacefully. Dearly beloved wife of the late Austin Tinkler. Loving mother of Evelyn (Robert), Deborah (Terry), Janice (Jeff), the late Gregory and Kenny. Cherished grandmother of nine and great-grandmother of eleven, she is also survived by her two brothers, two sisters, two brother-in-laws, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends and will be dearly missed by all.
A private cremation will take place and a celebration of life will take place in Rawdon at a date to be announced next summer. In lieu flowers a donation to the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.

Claire was such a positive and energetic person. All of us whose lives were touched by her will miss her profoundly. My deepest sympathies to all the Tinkler family.

My dearest Auntie Claire, you will be missed by everyone. I can remember visiting with you last summer and how you loved to be surrounded by your family. How we could all tell stories! I remember when we lived on Green and I was sitting on the stars in the kitchen while all your kids and you and Uncle Austin were finishing your supper. I really enjoyed hearing the stories then and love to hear them now! Your great oatmeal cookies! Yum!! All the family gatherings and all the food you made so good!! You were well loved! I will miss you and I know that you are in a better place with all the family and friends that went before you! This is not goodbye, it’s until we meet again!! Teri Tinkler
